Plaza Paseo Real invites wellness enthusiasts to enhance their health and fitness journeys this summer at the first-ever Health & Wellness Expo on July 13, 2025. Sample coffee, learn more about workout classes and watch live fitness demonstrations as you stroll through Plaza Paseo Real’s Upper Courtyard. The first 150 guests to arrive will receive exclusive gift bags and discounts at participating stores. Specialty essential oils and other goods will be available for purchase.
