Skin Care and Beauty Favorites of the Summer (2022)

This summer for me has been all about good skin and very minimal makeup for the most part. There are times when I will put a full face on and other times when I want to keep it very simple.

There have been a few products that have been in rotation all season long that I wanted to share incase you were looking for some recommendations or something new to try out. Take a look below at my list of skin care and beauty favorites of the summer. These products are not only for the summer time, they can definitely be used in the Fall and Winter seasons as well.

Urban Decay - All Nighter Setting Spray with Vitamin C

Urban Decay came out with a new all nighter setting spray with vitamin C just before the summer, and it has been my go to every time I set my face. The spray gives a dewy glowing look with out making you look greasy and also helps makeup stay on for a long period of time. I don’t know if that makes any sense, but that’s what it does.

Heres a brief description and benefits below from urbandecay.com

Dibs Beauty

I think a lot of people would agree that having a good highlight or bronze skin in the summer time is a HUGE thing. These highlight status sticks are perfect for that sunkissed glow!! I recently received 3 of the Dibs status stick colors (Unbothered Bronze, High Road Highlight, and Rose Goals) and they have been amazing to use on both cheeks and body. The formula is soft and easy to blend. I have heard that they sell out super quickly and have recently blew up on Tiktok!! You might want to hurry and get your hands on these while you still can!!

Skin Tints

Because I have been loving a more minimal look lately, skin tints have become my best friend. Adding a skin tint, with powder, a bit of bronzer and a touch of highlight has been my go to. Here are the few skin tints that I have been using lately below, that I recommend for anyone who is a fan of the “No Makeup” makeup look.
