You would do it for a family member without thinking twice about it, so why not for yourself? We bet that you would purchase a little something nice for your friend, partner, family member, all without thinking about it just because, and you shouldn’t treat yourself differently. Should you go out and just buy every single thing that you want? Probably not. You’re Taking Care Of Yourself
Finally, we want to point out that by giving yourself that treat that you want, you’re actually looking after yourself. Nobody wants to live their whole life not being able to have any of the things that they want, and this can create depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues. So, instead of doing this, get yourself the treat that you want, and your brain will thank you for it.
There’s a difference between discipline and self-torture, and never giving yourself a treat is the latter.
