So a lot of people know (maybe you don't) that I like to workout and stay fit... I did an overview post about how I stay fit before, but this time I want to be a little specific. This is All About Abs!!!! I have been super proud of myself lately. I have been being pretty consistent in my weekly workouts, so I wanted to share a couple of my favorite things that I like to do when I am at home. I do go to the gym sometimes, but I do a lot of different workout routines right in the comfort of my own house. Summer is coming up and I know everyone is trying to get that "Summer time Fyyyynnneee Body"!!! For me I am all about Staying ready, so I don't have to get ready!!! My Abs are seriously my favorite part of my body, and I have worked super hard to keep them.
