Health and Wellness Product Favorites Of The Month (February 2022)
Something that I want to be more consist with, is sharing products that I use monthly… especially if it’s something that I love and think that others will want to check out as well. I am constantly sharing products and things that I use and try on a weekly basis over on Instagram, but I want to be better about sharing them here over on the blog also. I am someone who is in to health and wellness, and I have been doing my best to find and use products that are best for me both on the inside and outside of my body. So with that being said… I am excited to keep up with this series of posts and share products to try out and be aware of.

The First brand that I want to mention for the month is Dropps. It is a clean and eco friendly brand that caries household items. I was able to try out the Laundry Detergent and Dishwasher Detergent. I don’t know about anyone else but I have pretty sensitive skin, so certain detergents bother my skin when I do my laundry. I love how gentle the Dropps laundry detergent is and it has a nice light scent. Also… the detergent comes as a pod and they come in boxes that are recyclable, so you can save the environment in the process.
I also think that the pods are super convenient if you are someone that does laundry at a facility that is not in your home. No need to pick up a bulky laundry detergent container!!

Marquis was sent to me recently to try out, and I had to share it with you here. I am someone who doesn’t drink coffee all the time and I’m not really a fan of consuming a bunch of caffeine. But, I do love tea and more natural ways to gain energy or a pick me up when I need it… so I was excited to be able to try out Marquis. They have 3 different flavors: Mango Ginger, Super Berry and Citrus Yuzu. The drinks are not super sweet and not overly fizzy, which is always a plus. The caffeine source comes from green tea and green coffee. After drinking it, I didn’t have any gitters and didn’t have any crash. The flavors are enjoyable!! The Super Berry was my fave!! I highly recommend Marquis if you are looking for a more natural pick me up to have during the day.

How many times have we included “drinking more water” on our New Year's Resolution list? We all know that hydration is essential to our health and wellbeing. When we are hydrated we just feel healthier. However, most of us engage in daily activities that can have an effect on our hydration levels such as running, gym work-outs, pilates classes, happy hour drinks, or even a long, stressful day at the office. All of these activities deplete electrolyte levels in our bodies. Especially during periods of the year where we are celebrating more than usual, the dehydration and electrolyte imbalance can cause that foggy hangover feeling.

I STARTED THE YES BAR OUT OF LOVE FOR MY FAMILY

I found Found Bubbly on Instagram and their packaging stood out to me, so it made me instantly want to try it out!!! I use to not be a big fan of sparkling water, and I think it’s because I didn’t really find any that I liked at first. But in the past couple of years I have finally found some really good sparkling waters that have been amazing. So, that brings me to Found Bubbly!! I fell in love with the packaging and was excited about the flavors as well. It is a sparkling mineral water and while drinking it… it feels fresh and clean with just the right amount of flavor. I did a campaign recently sharing Yes Bar on Instagram and I had to mention them here on the blog, because it is such an enjoyable snack with out all the guilt!! They are plant based, dairy free, soy free, doesn’t have additives and they taste amazing!!! It is a win win if you ask me!! I love finding healthy and better for you snacks and I am glad that I have had a chance to try out Yes Bar!! They have a variety of flavors to choose from and there are a few that I have my eye on to try out soon. The Dark Chocolate Chip is definitely a fave!! I highly recommend you check them out for yourself :).
